RETURNS POLICY
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order - we will then advise you to return your order to us. You will then have 14 days to return the item to us.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a store credit, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit Unless the item(s) are damaged or faulty, we will issue a store credit for the value of your return. This credit can be used toward future purchases on our website.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Personalised/Bespoke Items
Personalised or bespoke items are custom-made specifically for you and, as such, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds Refunds will only be issued if the item is damaged or faulty. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@designerkitchensplashbacks.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
